MailGo is operated by BESTAI LABS LIMITED. Use it for legitimate transactional email from websites or apps you operate or are authorized to manage.

Your responsibilities

Connect only an account you are authorized to use. Keep API keys in trusted server environments. Your website is responsible for validation, bot protection, preventing duplicate submissions and obtaining any required recipient consent. Unsolicited bulk mail, impersonation and abuse are prohibited.

Delivery

Google's sending limits and policies apply. Acceptance of an API request does not guarantee delivery to an inbox. We do not queue, retain or automatically retry messages. If a request has an uncertain result, check Gmail Sent before retrying.

Availability

No paid service-level guarantee is offered. We may suspend access to address misuse. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect loss caused by unavailable or undelivered email. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
